A succession planning framework and resource tools have been developed specifically for the disability services sector in partnership with the Calgary Workforce Council and Alberta Labour & Immigration. The overall objective of this project was to develop a sustainable succession planning resource to strengthen organizational capacity and build up a ready talent pool for different leadership levels, support effective knowledge transfer, and identify potential successors to mission-critical roles.
