Workforce Classification System

The Workforce Classification System is a critical tool for service providers to identify the current and future competencies of staff working in the Community Disability Services sector. It provides consistency in job expectations across the province supports the goal of establishing ourselves as "a professional workforce" and promotes the recognition of a viable workforce.
