Certificate NAIT has a 12-module Project Management Certificate (PMC) program. Project managers are responsible, communicative leaders who must ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all the stakeholders. In addition, project managers must apply appropriate soft skills to gain the trust and commitment of project participants, while applying hard technical skills to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close-out projects.
