Offered by ACDS in partnership with the Workplace Institute, it covers two main investigative areas: complaints/issues concerning persons in care and staff-related workplace concerns, this training equips participants with advanced technical skills required to conduct complex workplace investigations. The program emphasizes practical application of investigative frameworks, evidence collection, ethical compliance, and cultural competency. The training features CDS-specific case studies and scenarios customized for the CDS sector by ACDS. It covers real-time facilitation to build practical skills in interviewing, documentation, ethical decision making and navigating complex workplace issues.
