Become a Team Leader

Creating Excellence Together (CET) Accreditation Team Leaders preside over CET Accreditation surveys and will generally work with one or more survey team members. Along with gathering and recording survey information, Team Leaders are responsible for summarizing the data in a final report.

Candidates will have

  • a minimum of five (5) years work experience in the field of Community Disability Services or other human service field
  • four (4) years of post-secondary education in a related area of study
  • experience in program delivery and evaluation
  • experience working in areas associated with the Ministry of Community and Social Services, Persons with Developmental Disabilities and/or other funding body
  • excellent communication and documentation skills
  • advanced skills using a desktop or portable PC that runs Microsoft Windows 10 and has MS Office (2016 minimum, Office 365 preferable) installed*
  • prior training and experience as an ACDS survey team member who has successfully completed at least two (2) surveys as a team member
