Non-profit organizations face increasing accountability to “show their impact” to governments, donors, and stakeholders. To respond to higher standards, the vision for this course is for service providers to have staff with the know-how to complete data collection, as related to service provision and the Creating Excellence Together accreditation standards.
Learners will learn practical and intentional approaches to setting and achieving goals. These approaches can and will be applied in both personal and professional contexts to link theory and practice.
