The Dementia Capable Care Instructor Program is a Train-the-Trainer program model for in-services. It prepares you to teach a 1-day Dementia Capable Care foundational course. Resources Guidelines for Structuring Community Care and Supports for People with Intellectual Disabilities Affected by Dementia. This website and resulting tools were developed by a National (USA) Coalition of individuals and organizations working toward ensuring that the needs and interests of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are affected by Alzheimer�s disease and related dementias are met.
