The Sector Scanner 2024: Cascading Challenges report is now available on the ACDS website. This vital resource captures the perspectives of sector leaders on the most pressing challenges affecting the Community Disability Services (CDS) sector today and highlights emerging issues on the horizon.

This year’s report explores themes such as insufficient funding, low wages, employee burnout, inflationary pressures, and the continued use of PDD's "critical and urgent" referral criterion. It also provides actionable insights to inform advocacy efforts and support the sector in navigating these challenges.
