Workforce Health and Safety

ACDS offers a number of programs and services, and are engaged in collaborative initiatives to help build the capacity of organizations to increase safety and reduce harassment and violence in the workplace.

• ACDS Health and Safety Programs and Resources​

• Community Services Staff Safety Initiative (CSSSI): A partnership initiative between ACDS, ALIGN Association of Community Services, Alberta Association for Safety Partnerships, and the Government of Alberta Ministries of Children's Services and Community and Social Services to increase safety and reduce harassment and violence in the workplace.
