We are pleased to announce the release of the ACDS Survey 2025: Workforce Distribution, Turnover, and Wages. Representing over 10,800 employees from 61 member organizations, this year's survey provides updated statistics on workforce distribution, wages, and turnover, highlights trends and needs among emerging leaders in the sector, and identifies the top workforce concerns shared by organizations.

ACDS members can access the complete report through the member portal on the ACDS website. A five page infographic summarizing the key takeaways is also publicly available on our website.
