Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Training (No Holds)

March 28, 2023 to March 29, 2023

9:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hosted on March 28th (from 9:30 am to 4 pm via Zoom) and March 29th (from 10 am to 4 pm, in-person)

This two-day hybrid Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (Holds) training session will cover both non-restrictive and restrictive procedures.

• Day 1: March 28, 9:30 am to 4 pm: Virtual NVCI training via Zoom. This virtual session will not feature physical restraints.
• Day 2: March 29, 10 am to 4 pm: In-Class Restrictive Procedures (Holds) Training. This session will cover the use of restraints and/or physical approaches to address behaviour. This in-person session will be held in Calgary.

Fees

ACDS members: $300 + GST per learner 

Associate ACDS members: $390 + GST per learner

There is a capacity of a total of 15 registrants for the entire session. Registration will close once cap is reached.
