Vaccine Q&A Sessions

Executive and Management Session – Vaccination Q&A: Monday, April 12, 2021. 1 PM to 3 PM. Frontline Staff Session – Vaccination Q&A: Wednesday, April 14, 2021. 5 PM to 7 PM.

To assist service providers and frontline staff further with evidence-based vaccine information, ACDS has organized vaccine information sessions for the Community Disability Services (CDS) sector with the online national platform, COVID-19 Resources Canada. The webinars will be moderated by COVID-19 Resources Canada and are made possible by volunteer scientists, physicians, and pharmacists from across Canada. 

Among others, the panel of scientists and medical experts will address topics such as:

• Are vaccines safe? 
• How effective are the vaccines available in Canada? 
• What is the difference between Moderna, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca?

Separate webinars have been organized for executives/management, and frontline staff in the CDS sector to ensure that participants feel comfortable asking any questions they might have about COVID-19 vaccines.
