- The individuals' families, guardians and other supports: Accreditation gives assurance of the organizations' devotion to meet the expectations of the individuals' support networks and it promotes bilateral communication.
- Service providers: Accreditation validates the providers' commitment to delivering quality services, to conducting its business according legal and ethical guidelines, and to devoting itself to employee success.
- Leadership: Accreditation supports the work of leadership by evaluating the organization's service delivery and human resources, and by providing commendations on outstanding procedures, and suggestions or recommendations on deficiencies.
