2023 Workforce Survey

Three of the most requested statistics concerning the Community Disability Services workforce are wages, turnover, and demographics. The ACDS Survey 2023 aims to gather information on these three areas and update our knowledge following pandemic-related shifts, funding infusions, and the constant flux of the CDS workforce. Demographics were last collected by ACDS in 2019 and wages in 2020; these statistics need updating to reflect the current reality of the CDS sector.

The deadline to submit your survey is midnight on Sunday, February 25, 2024. Please submit your completed survey to elizabeth@acds.ca.
