  exclusive event for senior executives of ACDS Member organizations. This 
 first in-person <strong>Leadership Event</strong> in over two years will p
 rovide an opportunity to:</p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>reconnect with peers</li>\n<li>
 refocus our energy</li>\n<li>reignite hope and passion for the important w
 ork we do</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>We will explore our individual and collective 
 roles in supporting ACDS to succeed in advancing our shared goals for a st
 rong CDS sector.</p>\n\n<p>Facilitated by ACDS leadership staff\, the day 
 will:</p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide opportunities for positive personal reflect
 ions on why we serve in the CDS sector. Following two extremely challengin
 g years\, journey collaboratively with peers to reflect on why we do this 
 crucial work.</li>\n<li>Consider how ACDS has successfully supported you a
 s you lead your organizations\, and how we can support you better.</li>\n<
 li>Learn how membership engagement and connectivity are essential for ACDS
 &rsquo\; advocacy success\, and explore opportunities for stronger engagem
 ent with ACDS and with each other.</li>\n<li>Leave you reconnected\, re-en
 gaged and ReCharged!</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Following the facilitated sessions\
 , the ACDS Board Membership Engagement Committee will host networking and 
 engagement session for sector leaders from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.&nbsp\;</p>\n\n
