 ge and a set of tools for learners to facilitate the prioritization of out
 comes\, data-driven decision making\, and assessment within their organiza
 tion. Non-profit organizations face increasing accountability to &ldquo\;s
 how their impact&rdquo\; to governments\, donors\, and stakeholders. To re
 spond to higher standards\, the vision for this course is for service prov
 iders to have an in-house trainer with the know-how to complete data colle
 ction\, as related to service provision and the&nbsp\;<em>Creating Excelle
 nce Together</em>&nbsp\;accreditation standards.</p>\n\n<p>Learners will b
 uild on the content of the core Outcomes Training course by learning basic
  facilitation skills and adult learning theory. Learners will be able to s
 upport staff in working with outcomes.&nbsp\;<strong>Note that this course
  does not require the core Outcomes Training to have been completed prior.
  The audience for this training is team\, department\, or organizational l
 eaders looking to apply outcomes practically.</strong></p>\n\n<p>This cour
 se references&nbsp\;<em>Creating Excellence Together</em>&nbsp\;Standards 
 to make content relevant to the work of community disability services. The
 se standards receive specific attention because they set the expectations 
 for decision-making and evaluating outcomes for service providers. As well
 \,&nbsp\;this program includes individual reflection and group discussion.
 </p>\n\n<p>The course concludes with a case study related to facilitating 
 outcomes within an organization. Learners must earn a score of satisfactor
 y to earn a certificate of completion (rubric will be provided).</p>\n\n<p
 >By completing this course\, learners will be able to:</p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>De
 scribe the educational value of balancing challenge and support\;</li>\n<l
 i>Apply basic principles in adult learning theory and facilitation skills 
 as related to work with Outcomes\;</li>\n<li>Facilitate a conversation tha
 t clarifies the&nbsp\;<em>why</em>\,&nbsp\;<em>how</em>\, and&nbsp\;<em>wh
 at</em>&nbsp\;of personal and organizational efforts\;</li>\n<li>Facilitat
 e the creation of SMART Goals as related to one&rsquo\;s well-being\;</li>
 \n<li>Create a logic model for the achievement of goals\;</li>\n<li>Relate
  measurement\, assessment\, evaluation\, and goal-tracking to an Individua
