Karin worked 15 years as an executive director of an organization serving people with developmental disabilities. NCG provides a variety of services including facilitation of meetings and planning retreats, organizational support and development (organization reviews, surveys, human resources, conflict resolution, etc), and training. Our training courses are offered across Alberta and Saskatchewan, and we also tailor them to meet specific organizational needs. The VECOVA Research Department works in partnership with the community on projects that enhance the lives of people with disabilities and the services that support them.
